Is there any better feeling than being home, dressed in something soft, and drinking a warm beverage? If you added Bravo and a fire to that it would describe my heaven. The biggest outfit changes during my week are usually from lulu to soft, oversized sweats, plus slippers. And I know I cannot be alone in that. ha Everyone loves being cozy and gifting something that gets them to their happy place is always a win.

New Bedtime Routine

While Summer has been nothing but sweet, it has also been plenty of busy. By the end of the day there is nothing more that I would like than a great nights sleep so I can repeat all that sweetness. So in an effort to make bedtime a bit better, I made some upgrades. 

The sheets that I ordered from Brooklinen are divine. Cool and soft and just the right weight. Obsessed and worth every penny. 

I have always been an eye mask girl and ordered my third anti-aging set which always helps with that early morning light (now if only I can do something about the birds). 

My hands and feet have been ravaged by Summer and this Avene Hand cream is divine. 

Lastly, I splurged on some silk Pjs. But these are washed silk because I live in the real world. They are so light and airy, plus show just enough skin for your man but appropriate enough to be seen in by my kids.

Sweet Dreams and Easy Mornings

Are you going to see family over the Holidays? Maybe they are coming to you? We have a little of both going on and my favorite time is the mornings when everyone is getting their coffee, kids are running around with bed head, and something delicious is going on in the kitchen. What can be tricky is what you are wearing during this morning 'o fun. I get jostled out of bed pretty quick by my three year old, so changing is kind of a pain. Gift Guide 2013: Sleep Tight

Giving the gift of something to get cozy in and get a good night's sleep is always a winner. It probably goes back to the traditional PJs for Christmas Eve thing. As grown ups, we want something soft, luxurious, and fun that we can actually use to get some sleep. Or at least look great trying.
