Now that I am feeling more settled with the little ones, the weeks seem to be going by at lightening speed. We leave for Palm Springs on Thursday and there is a lot to do! Super excited to get a break from the cold and take in some of that lovely desert sunshine. The babes need it too.
There is something fun planned for this weekend that I can't wait to share about on Monday. Other than that, I have an eggplant parm wanting in the fridge that a friend brought over for a seriously comforting meal that I cannot wait for. Oh, and a great bottle of wine I plan on enjoying. Myself.
